what is pridefall? it's a hate compaign which is made out of a few 4chan users. they will be harassing and sending hate and disturbing contents to lgbt people and they will also post that type of content under lgbt hashtags. many say it won't happen, but you never know, so playing safe is best.
what you can do
as an ally:
-report and expose people who do share such content
-help and support lgbt people who are affected by this
-remove the prounouns from your carrd/bio etc
as a lgbt person
-remove the prounouns from your carrd/bio etc
-go private
-don't talk about being lgbt openly
-close your dms
-turn off auto play (e.g. on twitter)
-do NOT EVER open dms from someone you don't know. especially if it's a video or file in general
